2008 Pinot Noir

On the nose you'll get hit with tones of cherry and apple met with meaty prosciutto, leather, wet moss, pineneedle, and truffle. Tastes of bark, green tomato stem, umami, mushroom, pink rose flower petal, and pineapple with an earthy finish of green strawberry. The texture of this Pinot is light bodied, dusty tannins, brick, desert, with a short dry finish.
