Harvested from the Gularte Vineyard along River Road, this Chardonnay reflects the purity and restraint of our coastal growing region. The nose opens with aromas of fresh pear, crisp apple, and green pineapple leaf, framed by subtle layers of toasted oak and baking spice. The palate is clean and focused, revealing bright citrus and melon fruits that build into an elongated finish of stone and tropical fruit with well-integrated oak. A lively acidity carries the wine with poise, balancing its textural depth and mineral drive. Aged for 10 months in 25% new French oak, this Chardonnay showcases precision and elegance, a true expression of site and season.

Harvested from our estate vineyard along River Road, the 2024 Pinot Noir exemplifies the clarity and finesse of our cool-climate site. The bouquet is lifted with delicate floral aromatics, intertwined with nuances of freeze-dried raspberry. The palate is refined and precise, revealing layered strawberry and cola cherry framed by subtle, well-integrated oak. Silky tannins provide structure, while restrained earthy notes and a touch of white pepper add complexity and depth. Medium-bodied and focused, this Pinot Noir expresses both elegance and restraint, a true reflection of the Silacci estate.

Sourced from the Tondre Grapefield in the Santa Lucia Highlands, this Syrah reveals aromas of wild sage, dried tobacco, and bright maraschino cherry, layered with violet and deep plum nuances. Subtle toasted oak frames the bouquet without overpowering the fruit. The palate is vibrant and layered, showcasing cranberry, black cherry, and violet accents. As it develops hints of smoked oak emerge, adding structure and dimension. The wine is lean yet supple, with refined tannins and lively acidity, culminating in an elongated, harmonious finish that highlights the elegance of its cool-climate origin.

Harvested from the La Paloma Creek Vineyard in Carmel Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the distinctive character of its mountain terroir. At first impression, the nose is lifted with wild cherry, graphite, and juniper berry aromatics. The palate follows with fresh cranberry, layered purple fruits, and forest floor, supported by subtle tannins and a round acidity. The finish carries length and balance, showcasing the wine's youthful structure and potential. Aged for 16-months  in 50% new French oak, this medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is expected to evolve gracefully over the next 10 to 15 years. We recommend decanting and allowing it to rest for 30 minutes before serving.

Three years ago, we embarked on the journey of producing sparkling wine. Since 2022, we've allocated 100% of our estate Chardonnay to this program, knowing it would produce something truly amazing. On the nose, you are instantly met with Meyer lemon zest, key lime, and creme brulee. The wine opens with a refreshing lively acidity that awakens the palate. Notes of green apple and lime are crisp and invigorating, balanced with the warm depth of rich brioche and a hint of ripe apricot. The minerality on the finish is clean and sharp, providing structure and balance. The acidity is vibrant but smooth, enhancing the wine's freshness and offering a long, elegant finish.

This wine renders fruit with depth and complexity while highlighting its acidity that keeps the wine bright and directional. This year's stainless chardonnay is enticing and showcases notes of minerality, crisp green apple, white florals, orange zest and melon.

Harvested earlier in the growing season than past vintages, this expression of the Gularte vineyard encapsulates the versatility of our cool climate growing region. At the first look, you are met with its white floral aromatics accompanied by green apple, pear and integrated layers of toasted oak and vanilla. The palate mimics the nose with characteristics of caramelized vanilla, fresh pear and toasted oak. The finish balances the palate with bright citrus notes in this acid driven, medium bodied wine.

Coming out of the Highlands Vineyard, this Chardonnay is both serious and vivacious. Aromatics are composed of Meyer lemon, apricot and rich caramel apple. These notes continue to develop on the pallet showcasing golden pear, vanilla bean, macadamia nut and lemon zest, ending with a vibrant acid driven finish.

We’re very excited and pleased to be releasing our second vintage of Riesling! This wine has become a highlight in the tasting room and we’re ready to release this exceptional new vintage. Immediately on the nose you are met with an abundance of enticing aromatics including melon, green apple and lychee. The pallet mimics the nose with added layers of complexity and flavors of honey comb, lemon tea and apricot. The palate is delicately balanced with clean driven acidity, leaving you ready for more.

This vintage is a lean, vibrant and a playful take on our Estate Pinot Noir. Aromatically you are met with an abundance of lively red fruit consisting of strawberry and candy cherry that’s mixed with intriguing herbal aspects. White pepper and baking spices lead the palate as it transitions into an elongated fruit and acid driven finish.

This years Santa Lucia Highland Pinot Noir is sourced from the KW Vineyard in the heart of the SLH AVA. KW is a well respected vineyard, known for its opulent fruit and earthy characteristics, which are prominently showcased in this vintage. Highly expressive, the nose of this wine greets you with umami and spice, accompanied by dark garnet cherry notes. The palate is round, rich and bright. This Pinot Noir maintains a fruit forwardness, yet is grounded by a robust herb and oak foundation.
