2022 Blanc de Blanc

Three years ago, we embarked on the journey of producing sparkling wine. Since 2022, we've allocated 100% of our estate Chardonnay to this program, knowing it would produce something truly amazing. On the nose, you are instantly met with Meyer lemon zest, key lime, and creme brulee. The wine opens with a refreshing lively acidity that awakens the palate. Notes of green apple and lime are crisp and invigorating, balanced with the warm depth of rich brioche and a hint of ripe apricot. The minerality on the finish is clean and sharp, providing structure and balance. The acidity is vibrant but smooth, enhancing the wine's freshness and offering a long, elegant finish.
