2023 Cabernet Sauvignon

Harvested from the La Paloma Creek Vineyard in Carmel Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the distinctive character of its mountain terroir. At first impression, the nose is lifted with wild cherry, graphite, and juniper berry aromatics. The palate follows with fresh cranberry, layered purple fruits, and forest floor, supported by subtle tannins and a round acidity. The finish carries length and balance, showcasing the wine's youthful structure and potential. Aged for 16-months  in 50% new French oak, this medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is expected to evolve gracefully over the next 10 to 15 years. We recommend decanting and allowing it to rest for 30 minutes before serving.
